About
Located in Northampton County, on Virginia's Eastern Shore "Seaside", Seaview Creek Farm is less than 10 miles north of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel on Seaside Road. The property adjoins open farmland and forest, with Eastern and Southern Exposures over The Virginia Inside Passage at Mockhorn Bay.

The Marion Scott family capitalized on the new Pennsylvania Railroad's ability to provide direct access to the growing urban markets of the northeast for shipping crops when the rail line opened for the first time in 1885
